Home staging is a MUST in my llisting presentations. It can make or break a sale. Your home may be clean, neat and livable, though STAGING can get it SOLD. Fastest time, more money...waht have you got to lose? I include an hour or stagin wiht ALL my listings. Some people dont take me up on it--I know they are still hanging on to their emotional grip to their home. That is OK. Others are open to it all--that is someone that wants to SELL. Trust in the process.

One of my fave homes--attached 1.5 sty has a ton of character, great use of space, large yard backing onto a park, long drive for off street parking and oversized single garage (even though its not been used as one). Happy sellers and buyers have a fantastic plac to call home
What a great seller on this one! There is nohting better than a client who WANTS to sell for the highest price in the shortest period of time. It makes it so much easier to have a willing, cooperative, pleasant and positive client. Staging, professional photography are included in my listings--this goes to show it works. Sold to one of the first 3 showings of day 1.
