Open Houses - Some realtors swear by them and others say its a complete waste of time. Who is right?? I beleive the truth is somewhere in between. Some basic statistical informaiton:192 have Sold in Calgary so far, a further 244 are Pending or Conditionally Sold. Current listings are 6015. Warm weather here we come! Looking forward to getting out there & not slogging through the -30C weather.Our Chinook is around the corner--get out there & get busy!
