Balanced Market is 2.5 - 4 months


Dec 08  - 8.8 months
Jan 09 - 7.7 months
Feb 09 - 5.5 months
Mar 09 - 4.2 months
April 3, 2009 - 3.1 months
Today: April 6-09 - 2.9 months!
 The market is improving for sellers--more of a balanced market. If you are thinking of buying--give me a call!
