Sunday, January 23, 2011 - Open Houses -Do They Sell Houses??

Open Houses - Some realtors swear by them and others say its a complete waste of time. Who is right?? I beleive the truth is somewhere in between. Some communities, like my new listing in McKenzie Lake are busy and vibrant young communities with alot of activity. Other communities, perhaps some highrises, or like my own community--there is no place to walk to, so we are a complete driving community, have less overall activity that make the open house more challenging.
