Carrying your clubs is another thing though. Perhaps invest in a cart?

The home itself is almost 1800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms up, master has a beautiful ensuite with jetted tub, separate shower, loads of light and huge walk in closet with closet organizers, the family 4 pc bath is at the top of the landing, separate, so it’s great for guests and/or the kids.

The main floor layout is not your typical 2 storey home layout--the kitchen and breakfast nook at the back allow you to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. The kitchen itself is oak--and loads of cabinetry. Large (deep too) wall pantry, ledge for plants, wall oven and space for wall microwave, countertop stove. The south backyard--though it’s currently covered with snow--has an RV parking spot and storage shed. This exposure could green up your blackest thumb and make you an expert gardener.
And did you know that south Calgary is actually warmer than north Calgary, gets less extreme weather (the major storms come in from the NW), less rain days in the summer, too? There are many reasons to move to the Lake.
