Summary for July 2009: average prices fell in July, though our market is surprisingly strong in sales for this time of year.

August already has strong sales: 788 sales vs. 680 in the same time period last year (that’s 16% more sales). There are a further 581 pending or conditionally sold, too. If you are thinking of buying or selling, give me a call & we can review what is happening in YOUR neighbourhood.
